An account lets you keep a watch history, and on this site it is also what identifies you to other people.
I forgot my password
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. You will get an email with a link that lets you set a new one. The link works once, and only for a limited time — if it has expired, just ask for another.
The email never arrived
Check your spam or junk folder first; that is where it is most of the time. If it is not there, the address you typed may not be the one on the account. Ask again, and if nothing arrives the second time, contact whoever runs Tulix Stream — they can see whether the message left at all.
I am told to confirm my email
That means this site asks new members to click a link, to show the address is really yours. You can still sign in and look around without it; what you cannot do is upload or buy anything. There is a Send it again button on the bar at the top of the page and on your account page.
